Position Overview

Arbol is seeking an Executive Assistant to support our President and CEO! This role involves managing communications and scheduling for the executives, as well as record/notekeeping, processing expense reports, and assistance around the office as needed. The ideal candidate has 7+ years of experience supporting multiple executives as an Executive Assistant. We're looking for someone with a keen eye for detail, a proactive approach to their work, and who thrives in a startup environment. This role is based in our Midtown New York City office, with 3-4 flexible days per week in-office.

What You'll be Doing

Calendar Management: Own the management of calendars for the President and CEO, strategically planning meetings, phone calls, and travel

Travel Arrangements: Manage domestic and international travel plans

Communications: Draft, review, and send communications on behalf of Executives; prioritize emails and respond when necessary

Bookkeeping: Manage expenses and associated expense reports for the President and CEO

Preparation: Organize and prepare for meetings, including gathering documents and attending to logistics of meetings, attending meetings and taking notes

Office Administration: Perform office tasks including maintaining records, ordering supplies, and basic bookkeeping

> What You'll Need 7+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant supporting multiple executives

Proficiency using Google Suite and/or Microsoft Office Suite

Experience managing domestic and international travel and expenses on behalf of executives

Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills

What's Great to Have Previous experience working in a startup environment ( Previous experience supporting executives in the insurance industry

$150,000 - $150,000 a year
