Brief Summary

We are seeking a driven, bright, and motivated individual with a history of high performance to support our growing team. This exciting role requires outstanding planning, time management, and organizational skills. The right candidate will have a strong sense of ownership, bias for action, and be customer service oriented. A high level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information and professionalism dealing with executives inside and outside the company is imperative.

Qualifications

+ 2+ years of (direct) Executive Assistant experience

+ Bachelor Degree

+ Industry experience in the tech, media, entertainment space (preferred nor required)

This is a 6 month contract opportunity with potential to extend. This will be hybrid 3x per week (no set days since their leaders schedules are all across the board, would depend on their schedules)
