About the Role
The Company is seeking a Director of Growth to spearhead the expansion and acquisition strategy, with a strong focus on growth marketing. This pivotal role involves designing and implementing targeted member acquisition strategies, optimizing acquisition funnels, and driving product and market expansion. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional leadership qualities, an entrepreneurial mindset, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Prior experience in early-stage startups and a willingness to be hands-on in all aspects of the growth process are highly valued. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are a must, as is the ability to articulate complex strategies to a diverse range of stakeholders.
