About the Role

The Company is seeking a Director of Growth to spearhead the expansion and acquisition strategy, with a strong focus on growth marketing. This pivotal role involves designing and implementing targeted member acquisition strategies, optimizing acquisition funnels, and driving product and market expansion. The successful candidate will be responsible for forecasting, measuring, and reporting on the performance of all acquisition campaigns, as well as leading the go-to-market strategy for new products and services. Collaboration with the partnerships and business development teams is also essential to foster strategic relationships and support revenue goals.Candidates for this role should have a minimum of 7 years of experience in growth-centric roles within healthcare, technology, or a related field, with a proven track record of scaling customer bases and achieving revenue targets. Strong strategic and analytical capabilities are required, along with experience in managing large-scale customer acquisition campaigns and leading market expansion efforts. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional leadership qualities, an entrepreneurial mindset, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Prior experience in early-stage startups and a willingness to be hands-on in all aspects of the growth process are highly valued.
