About the Position :
The Director of Growth Marketing will oversee and drive the growth of Freestar's customer base, implementing marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, conversion, and revenue growth from existing customers by leveraging data-driven insights, and optimizing digital marketing channels.
Duties/Responsibilities :
Support the VP, Marketing to drive Freestar's aggressive growth and help us continue to be a market leader
Create and execute a comprehensive growth marketing plan that is scalable and drives customer acquisition and retention
Provide data, feedback and insights to key departments across the business including Product, Sales, Engineering, Marketing, Customer Success, Onboarding and Design to help drive growth
Lead the charge in developing predictable and scalable growth, particularly for acquisition, retention and advocacy
Prioritise and establish our key growth marketing distribution channels
Develop and optimise paid acquisition campaigns
Drive and optimise inbound marketing and conversion rates
Create and manage email campaigns that encourage customer acquisition, nurture to conversion and generate loyalty
Test and refine landing page and email marketing strategies to improve acquisition and engagement
Work with the content team and content partners to ensure inbound traffic optimisation
Identify and monitor key performance metrics, such as customer acquisition cost and user engagement, to optimise marketing efforts and drive growth
Work cross-functionally to align marketing efforts with broader business goals including Commercial and Product to capture and convert inbound demand
Demonstrate a deep understanding of Freestar's products and services, as well as the target audience and competitive landscape
Leadership within the Marketing Department to mentor and direct the team
Oversee the production of campaign assets and targeted content materials
Delivery of regular performance and insights reporting
Responsible for event management and execution of flagship events
Work with the team to oversee the delivery of written materials including award entries, case studies, briefing documents and reporting
Work closely with Sales Enablement, Product Marketing, Product, Customer Success and Business Development teams to drive efficiencies, collaboration and deliver cross-functional projects
Required Skills/Abilities:
Demonstrable experience managing and executing multi-channel demand and lead generation in a B2B tech/SaaS marketing/ Growth Marketing environment
Experience in designing successful campaigns and strategies focused on mid-market and enterprise companies
Experience owning and/or leveraging content marketing to acquire, nurture and convert leads
Solid understanding of performance marketing, lead generation and funnel development
Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills
You're highly creative and have experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage and convert.
You understand user acquisition and you know what it takes to scale a business's growth channel.
A desire and ability to get stuff done in a fast-growing company

Eastern Standard Time preferred to have overlap with our EMEA team and US team
Experience:
7 years of experience in B2B tech/SaaS marketing/ Growth Marketing
