We’re looking for a creative and energetic full-time Growth Strategist to join our team with a passion for performance marketing, advertising and growing businesses. You will create and manage ads using various platforms, manage client budgets, and be responsible for account analysis, reporting, and management. This role will be client-facing. Each Strategist will work directly with our Head of Services, creative team, and various internal/external resources to formulate strategic action plans for each client and manage paid media campaigns across multiple channels.
Roles and Responsibilties Develop, execute and maintain ROI-focused paid media and marketing campaigns across multiple channels
Use industry knowledge to develop and optimize paid media and marketing campaigns
Manage all components of the client’s day-to-day communication and overall account health
Be able to complete multi-channel marketing plans, support campaign ideation, and manage paid media for clients
Analyze, audit, and strategize on client's marketing fit, messaging, and marketing analytics
Qualifications 5+ years in digital advertising
3+ years managing paid media campaigns
1+ year working at an agency or managing accounts
Experience executing and optimizing multi-channel paid media campaigns
Passionate for growth marketing
Exceptional time management skill
Ability to manage multiple projects
Strong media and vendor management skills along with demonstrated leadership and collaboration skills
Possesses a desire for excellence and a passion to succeed in a rapid-paced, deadline-committed environment where everyone is expected to be hands-on
Exhibit sound business judgment to navigate through everyday client and team challenges
