Key Account Manager (KAM) - Northeast Region

The Key Account Manager (KAM) is responsible for the implementation and execution of P2’s sales strategy. The primary focus is on building and guiding relationships with key customers.

What You'll Do:

Develop, manage, and execute business growth plans to achieve the annual strategic goals and

meet/exceed current quarterly and annual sales targets.

Build relationships with existing key accounts, create sales forecasts, and

manage deliverables.

Map and prospect new accounts and develop business growth plans for the most relevant accounts.

Monitor business KPIs and sales activity daily. Identify gaps and tactics to drive growth.

Work closely with colleagues across Marketing, Quality, Manufacturing, and Operations to

meet customer needs and guarantee customer satisfaction.

Align with Supply Chain teams to manage production timelines and provide sales forecast updates monthly.

Develop go-to-market strategies, including competitive intelligence/landscape considerations.

Assist with strategic portfolio development to enhance overall product offering.

About You:

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.

At least 3+ years of related chemicals business sales experience.

Advanced knowledge of personal care and the cosmetics industry.

R&D and formulation experience is a plus.

A proven track record of sales growth.

Must demonstrate strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.

Must demonstrate sound decision-making and the ability to react quickly under pressure.

Thrives in a fast-paced, rapidly changing, and deadline-driven environment.

Excellent customer management skills and a passion for customer satisfaction.

Able to handle multiple priorities while meeting objectives.

Team player who builds strong, effective partnerships.

Experience with CRM tools, and ability to operate fluidly within Microsoft 365 applications.
