About the Role
The Company is in need of a Vice President of Operations with a focus on facilities management services. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing the operations division, which includes overseeing multiple client accounts and service contracts. This role demands a strategic leader who can develop and implement initiatives to enhance service delivery and efficiency, ensure compliance with standards and regulatory requirements, and foster strong client relationships. The VP of Operations will also be involved in budget management, resource allocation, and supporting business development efforts by identifying opportunities for service expansion and innovation.Applicants for the Vice President of Operations role at the company should have a proven track record in a senior operations position within the facilities management industry, with a strong background in managing services such as janitorial, lawn care, manned security, or pest control. Experience in private equity-backed companies is highly desirable. The role requires exceptional leadership, strategic planning, and organizational skills, as well as the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels. While being based in Texas is preferred, the company is open to remote working arrangements.
