We are seeking a Division VP, Operations responsible for building a culture among the organization where our customers receive consistently superior products, so as to facilitate the success of our business. This position has oversight of and management responsibility of Operations & Supply Chain activities related to product manufacturing, operational repair services, logistics, working capital... management and lead the Operational Excellence initiatives. This position is also accountable for leading the talent development within the operations function.

The ideal candidate for this role will have extensive experience leading an Operations and Supply Chain team. Experience working in supplier development, inventory management, on-time performance, and Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) reduction is preferred. The DVP of Operations will be responsible for oversight of all aspects of the Business Unit Operations, from supporting production objectives to meet monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets, to the deployment of both tactical and strategic Operational and Supply Chain initiatives.

Operations & Supply Chain:

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree (BA) from four-year college or university, (MBA) preferred; or eight years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and training. Five – seven years’ experience in an outsourced manufacturing environment (Electro-mechanical / Electronics manufacturing).

• Minimum of 10+ years’ experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within Operations, Supply Chain or similar organization for a rapidly growing enterprise solutions company.
