The Company is seeking a Vice President for Operations (VPO) to serve as a strategic partner to the President and a member of the executive team. The VPO will be responsible for overseeing the University's enabling infrastructure, including the built environment, technology, and human resources organizations. This role involves working closely with the Chief Financial Officer, Provost, Deans, and other senior administrators to develop and support strategic and operational initiatives that align with the University's mission. The successful candidate will be expected to provide leadership in real-estate development, capital investment activities, and ensure the quality and financial performance of the built environment. They will also be tasked with fostering a culture of robust business practices, contributing to long-range planning, and maintaining a high level of service and delivery.Candidates for the VPO position should have a Bachelor's degree in a related field, with a Master's degree preferred, and a minimum of 10 years' of experience leading administrative functions within a large, complex enterprise or research institution.
