Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Be a direct support to sales team
Work collaboratively with all departments to reach company targets
Participate with executive management team on company growth strategy
Build and grow your own Book of Business
Research and contact prospects for new business opportunities
Maintain and grow relationships with current and new clients
Daily contacting of potential and existing customers by phone, email, or in-person visits
Stay current and become a master of our service offering
Collect and analyze information and prepare data and sales reports
Prepare and present proposals and do in-person, over the phone, or online presentations
Manage sales process through internal systems and maintain CRM
Attend regular sales trainings and internal business success meetings
Build and maintain professional networks
Attend local, regional, and national conference and client events
Participate in regular sales training and success meetings
Constantly stay updated with industry news
Qualifications:
Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a professional environment. (Preference to candidates from Real Estate or telecom industry)
Entrepreneurial Mindset and passionate about sales
Strong negotiation skills
Directly supervised other sales members
Deep understanding of negotiating techniques and marketing skills
Self-motivated and goal-oriented, desire to deliver results
Willing to learn and grow skills and personally
Professional demeanor and ability to build rapport with clients
Excellent phone and strong presentation skills
Creative, fast learner, and quick thinker - Problem Solver Mentality
Ability to adapt and stay focused in a competitive environment
Excellent Interpersonal, organizational, and project management skills
Familiarity with CRM platforms
Deadline and detail-oriented
