The Company is in search of a Vice President of Business Development for its Air & Space Force Solutions business area. The successful candidate will be a key executive responsible for driving the organization's strategic growth objectives as a Systems Integrator. This role involves developing a deep understanding of customer needs, creating and leading capture strategies, and managing a team of business development professionals. The Vice President will be tasked with growing the opportunity pipeline, leading the pursuit of key opportunities, and maintaining a high capture rate. Essential skills include the ability to identify and leverage important customer relationships, a background in leading and winning large contracts, and a strong knowledge of systems integration, IT services, and related technical fields.Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree in a technical or business-related discipline, a minimum of 12 years of relevant business development experience, and a proven track record in leading and growing businesses within the defense and intelligence community. The role requires a candidate with direct experience in the United States Air Force or a highly comparable environment, and a background in leading and growing intelligence services, DoD services, or solutions businesses. The ideal candidate will have a technical or business Master's degree, experience in military education, and the ability to hold a TS/SCI level clearance. Responsibilities also include participating in bid decisions, establishing marketing strategies, and managing business development budgets.
