Position Overview: First Team Staffing Services Inc. is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Manager to drive growth and expand our client base. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and promoting our staffing solutions across various industries.
Business Development:
Research and identify new business opportunities - including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships, and services - or new ways of reaching existing markets.
Generate leads, cold call prospective clients, and set up meetings to present our staffing services.
Build long-term relationships with new and existing clients, understanding their needs and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Develop customized staffing solutions to meet client requirements and negotiate contracts and terms.
Market Analysis:
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential opportunities for expansion.
Analyze customer feedback and market trends to inform the development of new products and services.
Collaboration and Coordination:
Collaborate with internal teams (recruitment, operations, and management) to ensure client needs are met effectively.
Work closely with the recruiting team to understand candidate requirements and ensure alignment with client expectations.
Coordinate with marketing and communication teams to create promotional materials and develop marketing campaigns to support business development initiatives.
Requirements:
Proven work experience as a Business Development Manager, Sales Executive, or a relevant role in the staffing industry.
Demonstrable track record of achieving sales targets and business growth.
Strong understanding of market dynamics and customer needs.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to build rapport and maintain long-term client relationships.
