Director, Equality Business Partner

Reporting into the Office of Equality, you will work hand in hand with the business leaders and global HR organization, including the Employee Success Business Partners and Technology leadership to ensure alignment of our Equality approach and priorities while crafting and driving actions to ensure Equality for all.
Responsibilities:
Shape and implement the Equality strategy for the Global Technology organization in partnership with the Office of Equality, Employee Success Business Partners (HRBPs), and other COEs. Set strategy, roadmap, and achievements, coordinate progress and results on representation.
Leverage company-wide strategy to influence the business level equality plan. Identify and implement best practices to advise and embed equality into the full people lifecycle including, recruitment, talent management, retention, career progression retain and develop diverse talent
Influence and hold leadership accountable to deliver on equality initiatives; provide consultation, coordination and strategic planning for the design and implementation of programs passionate about creating a culture of belonging, developing and advancing diverse internal talent, and reducing the attrition of underrepresented talent.
Focus on and drive initiatives that move the needle on our overall headcount and promotions among underrepresented groups.
Build and implement diversity-oriented programs and initiatives within Sales Organization as well as within the community by driving more insight into these initiatives with the goal of growing representation in leadership and reducing attrition of diverse talent.
Expand and extend the efforts currently underway into other parts of the organization, with added rigor and accountability.
Apply a data-oriented approach to drive decisions and measure success.
Build strong collaborative working relationships among leadership and cross-functional teams.
Maintain compliance with applicable federal / state laws, policies, and procedures.
Requirements:
8+ years shown experience in the DEI and/or HR space, driving sophisticated initiatives, enterprise level implementations and change management across multiple partners.
HR Business Partner expertise and/or diversity business partner expertise with broad knowledge across the full HR function/specialties.
Experience crafting and executing diversity strategies on engaging, retaining and developing talent for a large organization. Proven impact on diversity and inclusion initiatives and resulting increase in representation.
Excellent operational/analytical skills. Experience using data to measure success of existing initiatives and advise opportunities for new initiatives.
Deep understanding of best practices and trends in diversity, equity and inclusion, with a strong background of translating actionable strategy and driving action across various teams.
Experience building trusted relationships with senior leaders. Ability to influence the business to increase leadership commitment and accountability for Equality efforts, creating an environment of belonging and addressing areas of improvement for all team members.
Positive relationship and influencing skills. Ability to break down silos. Courageous Communicator.
Trusted partner, active listener, leads with focus and drives alignment with compassion and emotional intelligence.
A successful track record of working optimally in a highly matrixed and fast growing organization.
