About the Role
The Company is in search of a Senior People Business Partner to join its global team. The successful candidate will be a trusted advisor and coach to senior leaders, driving the People agenda in alignment with the business strategy. This role is pivotal in fostering organization design and effectiveness, talent and performance management, leadership development, and employee engagement. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 9 years of HR business partner or generalist experience, with a strong background in organizational design, learning, leader development, and coaching. They should possess excellent communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to influence and build credibility at all levels of the organization. The role requires a results-oriented individual with a proactive, collaborative, and adaptable mindset, capable of operating with autonomy and discretion in a fast-paced, evolving environment.Applicants for the Senior People Business Partner position at the company should be prepared to work closely with global leadership teams, HR centers of excellence, and across various strategic projects. Key responsibilities include providing thought leadership in HR delivery, leveraging data for decision-making, and managing the execution of key annual programs. The role demands a high level of influence, impeccable judgment, and a commitment to balancing the needs of the business and its employees. The candidate should also be highly collaborative, with a focus on driving change and creating valuable experiences.
