The Company is seeking a Senior Managing Director, People Support Partner (Business Partner) to join their dynamic and mission-driven team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing strategic partnership to executives and team leaders in the specific areas of talent management, people development, and staff experience. This role is pivotal in fueling the organization's growth and success by ensuring the maximization of each person's and team's contribution, ultimately leading to the formation of the most talented and diverse teams. The Senior Managing Director will also be involved in portfolio management, employee relations matter management, HR innovation and strategy, and will be expected to maintain agile working habits to meet the emergent needs of the organization.Applicants must have a minimum of 10 years' of work experience, a proven track record of building senior-level relationships, and expertise in various HR programs and functions.
