Desktop Support Services Solve escalated request in aspects of the IT field
Follows Standards and procedures
Ability to document requests, projects and new setups.
Performs complex problem solving and assistance on diverse software applications.
Continuously communicating and updating customers with progress of requests
Responsibilities Inherit and take fully accountability of backend infrastructure
Maintain, upgrade and enhance accountable software
Train and mentor other technicians and teammates in the IT department
Extensive knowledge in:
Microsoft OS
Active Directory
Deployments
Networking
Office 365
Projects Execute IT projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and budget. .
Effectively manage project milestones and adapt to project requirements as necessary.
Suggest and research potential projects to be initiated
Work Ethic Work well with external vendors to enhance or resolve anything that arises
Work well with other departments in the organization
Able to work hand in hand with other team members of the same or different tiers.
Be a fast learner in a continuously innovative environment.
Qualifications: 3 years in the IT field and min 1 year experience as a level helpdesk technician
Ability to travel based on demand
This is a full time in person position
