The Client Success Manager (CSM) will work closely with our largest clients, providing strategic insights and recommendations, for SEM and display advertising campaigns, that contribute to the achievement of the client’s digital marketing objectives. This role will serve as the client account manager, assess digital campaign trends, facilitate client advertising performance discussions, partner with sales, build client relationships, and identify creative new advertising techniques to further our client’s digital marketing needs. They will partner closely with a Campaign Manager to guide execution and campaign performance for PPC, and other channel owners across the multi-channel experience.
About your Responsibilities:
Our ideal candidate must have a background in digital marketing with applied experience in SEM and display advertising. Ideal candidates will have an insatiable curiosity and enthusiasm for digital marketing and can inspire excitement and curiosity among colleagues. Candidates must have a minimum of three years working knowledge and understanding of the digital marketing landscape, emerging trends, social media management, email marketing, and SEO tactics. The CSM candidate must be a self-starter, be proactive, can work independently on tasks, work well with a team, follow through on projects, Candidates must have advanced knowledge of Microsoft suite products including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
An Executive Accounts CSM will need to be able to prioritize and load balance across several platforms and clients within specific service level agreements (SLAs) and expectations. Job duties may include: Serving as a clients’ account manager
Providing a complete digital marketing strategy for clients that include multiple products across multiple platforms
Relaying digital ad campaign reviews (providing detailed recommendations on optimization enhancements to improve our clients’ performance metrics)
Providing weekly/monthly/ad hoc reporting
Providing miscellaneous research as needed
Scheduling and running meetings with multiple teams and team members, both internal and external teams
Build rapport with campaign managers through weekly meetings
Build rapport with client representatives and marketing staffs through routine and scheduled meetings
Develop & advise on marketing strategies as well as assessing feasibility based on the client expectations, and identifying marketing and advertising opportunities for our clients
Partner with sales on setting client expectations, create budgets and formulating strategies to meet specific client goals/needs
Monitor, evaluate, and leverage standard processes to manage and improve SEM/display campaign performance across LOCALiQ’s publisher networks to determine improvement opportunities
Troubleshoot performance issues using digital advertising best practices while creating new, innovative solutions to meet the changing needs of our clients
Drive campaign ROI and leverage client relationships to assist the sales team in growing accounts
Manage client expectations, communication and performance metrics
Incorporate constantly evolving technologies and processes into the client solution delivery process
Key Qualifications:
3 - 5 years of experience in the digital space, in an agency environment, or in-house equivalent
3+ years of client service/account management experience
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate digital marketing concepts
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public relations or related fields
Advanced knowledge and understanding of SEM, SEO, social, email marketing, display, and an understanding of new media consumer behaviors and trends
Ability to load balance, prioritize and manage heavy workloads with flexibility to rapidly shift priorities based on organizational needs
Creative thinker with strong time management, and organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail

The annualized base salary for this role will range between $38,700 and $80,000. Variable compensation is not reflected in these figures and based on the role, may be applicable.
