As a Client Success Manager, you will collaborate with Media Strategists, support teams, and will be client facing. Under the general supervision of the Digital Sales Manager, The Client Success Manager will be responsible for directing the needs of the digital department, along with providing project support to the digital team.
This position includes the responsibility of assisting Media Strategists with execution and monitoring of digital campaigns and helping with various digital strategy projects including successful on-boarding clients, online research, digital campaign tracking, and campaign reports. This position requires a person who is highly organized, proactive with clients, and with excellent communication skills. Ability to envision the end result and execute the plan.
Responsibilities
Support the Digital Sales Manager with various administrative tasks: Customer Needs Analysis
Involved in Pre CNA-Huddle, Present on CNA, and Post CNA Wrap
Client Facing Pitch
Active participant in planning. Participate in client facing presentations.
Streamline and manage the signature to launch process. Manage best launch timing. (Ensure customer GTM, Google Analytics, Creative etc are expedited.)
Set a reporting schedule for each client with monthly, or weekly recaps, following up on the recaps and making best ongoing recommendations to enhance the campaign.
On-Boarding After the Sale
Responsible for working with the client to ensure any access points needed such as getting social media access, keyword analysis, approval of all creative assets and ultimately working with clients to ensure a timely launch of each campaign.
Fulfill digital campaign orders by ensuring and cooperating with ad ops team.
Build a robust digital media delivery schedule regimented to create regularly scheduled recaps, touch points, face to face meetings and ongoing client interface.
Assist with display, email, and social creative.
Work with the digital AdOps team regarding campaign fulfillment, campaign updates, and/or concerns for the current digital advertising campaigns
Advocate best practices to ensure that performance is sustained and developed
Create monthly or weekly reporting/recaps for the live digital campaigns
Perform other related duties as required or assigned
Effectively manage timelines to meet deadlines
Qualifications
Digital Advertising knowledge and experience is required.
Proven track record of successfully managing digital advertising campaigns while driving measurable results.
Strong analytic skills and proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Digital Marketing and E Commerce, Meta Certified Marketing Associate, Certified in Creative Strategy, Solid Creative knowledge and application. Knowledge of digital platforms and how to match those platforms including ad serving, targeting, and tracking mechanisms.
Google ads and Facebook Blueprint is preferred.
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word
Outstanding writing and communication skills
Highly organized and an ability to multi-task
