Our Program Success team are the key to driving our client engagement, platform enhancements and upskilling internal and external teams through effective training programs

In this role, you will be responsible for driving the successful adoption, implementation, and optimization of our client engagements. You’ll act as the linchpin, connecting our internal teams with our clients, ensuring both gain the utmost value from our solution. Driven by passion for continuous enhancement, you will harness data led insights to identify innovative strategies to refine and upgrade our solution, ensuring its relevance and effectiveness, unearth areas of opportunity to enhance training methodologies, ensuring maximum adoption, and equipping partners to harness the full potential of our solution and pinpoint and address gaps in customer usage patterns, ensuring they derive maximum value and achieve optimal results with our tool.

Your day-to-day responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Serve as the primary point of contact for internal queries about the platform, ensuring teams are informed and aligned.

Work closely with existing clients to ensure they are leveraging our tools to their fullest potential, identifying areas of improvement and implementing enhancements.

Own and lead the creation of in-depth training resources for both internal stakeholders and external clients.

Conduct on-site and remote presentations, delivering training and sales materials to support clients and prospects.

Generate comprehensive reports, interpret data-driven insights and devise solution enhancements from the output.

Bridge the gap between clients and product development, channeling feedback and identifying areas for enhancement.

Work with sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure consistent messaging and understanding of the product’s capabilities and benefits.

Champion the voice of the customer within Likewize, promoting a user-centric mindset across all departments.

Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for customer success.

Follow the latest trends and technologies in customer success and SaaS, ensuring that the company remains at the cutting edge and can adapt to evolving client needs.

Establish structured feedback loops not only for clients but also internally, ensuring that insights from various departments are considered in the customer success strategy.

If you are who we are looking for, you will have the following education, skills and/or experience.

Familiarity with SaaS platforms and understanding of software adoption challenges and strategies, ideally within a Customer Experience or Support background.

Basic understanding of software development processes and ability to liaise effectively with technical terms.

Proven experience in managing and nurturing client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and retention.

Strong skills in crafting and delivering engaging presentations, both in-person and virtually, to diverse audiences.

Ability to analyze and interpret complex data, derive actionable insights, and apply them for product and client strategy improvements.

Experience in gathering, analyzing, and integrating user feedback into product development processes.

Highly organized and motivated with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and effectively.
