In this role, your Key Responsibilities will include:
Identify and secure new business opportunities with government and commercial clients.
Lead and mentor the business development team to achieve sales targets.

Oversee proposal development , ensuring compliance with RFP requirements.
Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders and customers.

Your Qualifications will include:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
5+ years in business development, with a focus on federal government contracts.
Proficient in MS Office , SharePoint, and CRM tools.
Experience with Seaport, SAM.gov, and federal acquisition processes.
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Ability to obtain and maintain a Government Secret Clearance.
