Vital Interaction is seeking a Director of Demand Generation to join our Marketing team. This role presents an exceptional opportunity to lead and drive the Demand Generation team, overseeing campaign orchestration, management, content creation, messaging, email marketing, digital advertising, trade show, event, and webinar functions. We are looking for a data-driven, strategic, and experienced marketer and business leader to join our growing team and help us scale our demand generation function while educating the market about the transformative potential of Vital Interaction.

Reporting directly to the Head of Marketing, you will be responsible for devising and implementing the demand generation strategy to fuel Vital Interaction’s growth:

Responsibilities:

● Drive marketing pipeline to meet annual goals and achieve key performance indicators, focusing on pipeline creation, maturation, and ACV conversion, with a strong emphasis on marketing return on investment.

● Oversee all demand generation channels, balancing integrated campaigns, digital advertising, SEO, webinars, nurtures, trade shows, events and social media efforts.

● Manage partner relationships with PM/EMR vendors and create new marketing partnerships with organizations that share our ICP.

● Ensure optimal conversion of inbound traffic into leads.

● Define program goals, analyze demand generation performance, derive actionable insights, and present results to facilitate data-driven decision-making.

● Enhance operational processes and reporting related to demand generation programs to measure effectiveness, performance, and return on investment of marketing spend.

● Foster a feedback loop between sales and marketing to optimize lead generation campaigns and identify opportunities for pipeline acceleration and sales conversions.

● Evaluate, select, and manage external vendors contributing to demand creation programs, staying abreast of emerging technologies to enhance Vital Interaction's demand generation efforts.

Requirements:

● 5+ years of marketing experience, preferably in a B2B SaaS technology company (healthcare experience a plus!)

● Proven track record of building out scalable demand generation functions that drive predictable pipeline activity.

● Expertise in developing, executing, and measuring innovative and results-focused demand generation programs and campaigns across multiple channels.

● Reputation for driving strategic vision while ensuring impeccable execution by team members.

● Strong analytical skills, particularly in program measurement and return on investment, coupled with exceptional program execution abilities.

● Excellent communication, presentation, and prioritization skills.

● Highly motivated, detail-oriented, and self-starter with a clear vision.
