Summary

The Demand Generation Manager will report to Personiv's Head of Marketing and play a crucial role in driving awareness, engagement, and demand for our finance and accounting outsourcing services. This role will be responsible for creating and executing integrated marketing campaigns that leverage all channels to generate leads and nurture prospects throughout the buyer's journey.
Responsibilities
Campaign Strategy and Execution:
Develop and execute end-to-end demand generation campaigns aligned with business goals and target audience.
Utilize multiple marketing channels, including email, social media, paid advertising, webinars, events and inbound marketing, to drive lead generation.
Marketing Automation: Leverage marketing automation tools to create and manage targeted and personalized campaigns.
Optimize lead scoring and nurturing processes to increase the number of new opportunities.
Collaborate with the outsourced content contributors to create compelling and relevant campaigns for different stages of the buyer's journey.
Ensure consistent messaging and branding across all demand-generation activities.
Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze campaign performance using marketing analytics tools.
Provide regular reports on key performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and optimization.
Collaboration & Sales Enablement: Work closely with the Sales team to understand lead qualification criteria and ensure seamless handoff of marketing qualified leads (MQLs).
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align campaigns with broader marketing initiatives.
Manage relationships with external agencies and freelancers.
Eligibility Requirements 5+ years of experience in demand generation, preferably within a B2B industry.
Preferred experience working in small company, with hands-on approach.
Experience developing and executing successful demand generation campaigns, resulting in measurable lead generation and revenue growth.
Proficiency in marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and analytics tools (Experience with HubSpot, 6sense, Salesforce and Google analytics is preferred.
Demonstrated success in planning and executing engaging integrated marketing campaigns.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Familiarity with the outsourced finance and accounting landscape is a plus.
Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States and must live in Austin, TX.

In the US, the target base salary for this role is $70,000-$80,000. Compensation is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications, and geography. We expect the majority of candidates who are offered roles at our company to fall throughout the range based on these factors.
