Sales for National Retail Tenant Representation Platform
***Role can be based in: Dallas, Houston, or Chicago***
Our **National** **Retail** platform collaborates with JLL real estate professionals to leverage their strong, local relationships to win centrally-managed, multi-market, multi-service line pursuits. Our clients engage JLL to:
* Develop portfolio strategies
* Perform Site Selection
* Restructure/Terminate Leases
* Execute transactions
* Oversee construction projects
* Administer and execute leases
* Determine how best to manage their diverse portfolios
**The Opportunity**
The team provides pursuit strategy and assists our real estate professionals with delivering market-leading solutions to JLLs local, regional and global portfolio clients**.** We are looking to expand the team with dynamic, future-ready business development professionals. This role driving the sales strategy-from identifying the need to assisting in developing the client-centric solutions and the pricing model to winning the business. The successful candidate will be digitally savvy and have the skills to successfully articulate our platform of services.
**Responsibilities**
* Partner with National Retail Tenant Representation Lead to execute business development strategy, client development activities, and client relationship management for the various platform of services
* Collaborate with JLL professionals to source and win national business
* Develop effective business development strategies, from identifying the client needs, aligning to pain points, and determining appropriate solutions and pricing
* Generate multi-service business opportunities with Retail nationally across various Markets
* Understand and clearly communicate how our products and service offerings can solve client needs of today and in the future; including technology
* Maintain a thorough knowledge of the competitive environment and understand how trends and technology are changing the needs and demands of our clients
* Coordinate activities related to a pursuit, including the coordination of cross-business line resources to create proposals, presentations and RFP materials
* Educate and train brokerage professionals on JLLs service offerings and how to leverage JLLs global platform and differentiators
* Facilitate the successful transition of new accounts
* Outstanding sales skills-both internally as a leader and externally to clients/prospects
* Exceptional presentation skills with the ability to deliver compelling stories for the win
* 8-10+ years of commercial real estate experience (backgrounds in brokerage, transactions management, or strategic portfolio management will be considered). Compensation will be salary plus bonus model.
* Extensive experience in multi-service client assignments
* Recognizes and acts on evolving technology trends impacting the business and drives profitable growth through commercialization of our data, technologies, and analytics offerings.
* Established reputation and extensive involvement in the local commercial real estate community
* Proven track record of organically growing client relationships
* Exceptional written and verbal communication skills and keen understanding of how to leverage these in the business development process
* Ability to develop and maintain strong internal team relationships resulting in outstanding results, delighted clients, and impeccable references for future clients
* Extremely organized and capable of managing multiple initiatives with minimal direction
* Track record of exceptional performance and accelerated career advancement
