We are seeking a Director of Business Development for our growing multimillion dollar company. We serve Washington DC and Montgomery County, MD and the ideal candidate will live in one of these areas. We believe that our clients and their families deserve to be provided with a service full of compassion, excellence, and dependability. We put our clients first, which allows them to age in place or remain in the home location of their choosing (AL/SNF) while offering them the support that allows them to remain safe.
Home Care or Home Health experience is preferred; however, we would also be willing to consider candidates with a proven track record of success in the same call points such as Hospitality market, Hospice, SNF, ALF, Rehabilitation centers, etc.
The primary responsibility of the Director of Business Development is to grow revenue by effectively and efficiently contacting leads and signing them on as clients with charisma, confidence, and reassurance that OUR home care is the right solution for their loved one.
This position will build relationships and network with discharge planners, case managers, social workers, Hospitals, Nursing Homes, Assisted Livings, and other referral avenues. This requires your own car, driving to clients, referrals sources and hosting networking events/presentations. Some weekend work on a rotating basis.
They will also meet with families and "close the sale” via Zoom or in person.
This position offers a competitive starting base salary, commissions, and a benefits package.
Requirements:
If you are a self starter? If you are also a determined, well spoken, good communicator & a proven sales leader this is the position for you!
3 years of Past Home Care or Home Health Care Sales experience is a plus
This position requires being on call, one or two weeks per month to receive prospect calls as part of a rotation with our marketing team.
