Responsibilities
Inspirato is looking for a resourceful, driven, team player with a competitive spirit and strong business acumen to help shape new business development. If you have a passion for customer success, the ability to articulate the ROI of membership, a strong work ethic, and can be adaptable in a fast-paced organization, this could the role for you. Successful Membership Directors have experience doing deep levels of discovery, objection handling, and a unique ability to create a sense of urgency for a discretionary product. They are engaged with potential members at every level of the sales cycle from building a relationship, determining mutual fit, the development of the deal, to the close of business. They are the trusted advisors to our potential members. This person will work in a team-based environment with a shared goal while balancing their own pipeline.

Passion to build awareness for re-enrollment opportunities across diverse platforms including, but not limited to, web demos, Teams calls, virtual events, territory visits, lunch and learns and LinkedIn.
Ability to quickly adapt to changing market conditions and product offerings.
Ability to operate with both high output and quality, and must have the utmost integrity in their work.
Comfortable reporting weekly, monthly, and quarterly metrics and provide accurate guidance on quota attainment.

Strong work ethic – willing to take calls at times on nights and/or weekends when needed.

Due to the nature of this position, the schedule for this role may require weekend, holiday, or evening coverage.
Qualifications: Candidate must meet the following qualifications:
2+ years in role with revenue based individual/team performance KPIs.
History of consistently meeting or exceeding performance KPIs.
Strong organizational skills, with the capability to effectively prioritize.
Skilled at overcoming difficult objections, rejection, tough personalities, various decision makers, and maturely handle the highs and lows of a professional sales environment.
Impeccable listening skills, and the ability to react quickly in conversation.
Confidence to discuss budget comfortably.
Ability to build constructive tension in the sales process.
Experience using Salesforce.com to manage a pipeline.
Proficient use of Salesforce.com.
Knowledgeable of Microsoft Teams platform.
Familiarity with utilizing LinkedIn to connect with members and use of the platform to drive revenue and referral opportunities.
Preferred Qualifications
Preferred 2-3 years in role with revenue based individual/team performance KPIs.
Location: For Denver local candidates, this role will be located at Inspirato headquarters in downtown Denver: 1544 Wazee St, Denver, CO 80202. At Inspirato we value collaboration and flexibility; we offer a hybrid work environment where employees may work remotely up to three days a week.
Compensation - The compensation for this role is comprised of a base salary and commission component. The base salary starts at $45,000 - $85,000 with an On Target Earnings of $95,000 - $135,000. This role is eligible to earn uncapped commission based on individual performance. Commission is paid on a monthly basis. We believe in building a compensation structure that reflects the comparable market pay rate for positions at companies similar in size, revenue generation and geographic location; in addition to individual factors including seniority, performance-based merit, education/training and experience related to scope of responsibilities.
Commission – This position is eligible for the 2024 Sales Commission Plan. Additional details will be as set forth after your initial start date.

FAM Trip – This Position is eligible for the Employee Familiarization Travel Program following three (3) consecutive months of employment.
