Our client, a Tier 2 Tech Services company, is seeking a dynamic Sales Professional to join their team and contribute to their growth strategy. This role involves driving customer acquisition and revenue growth, ensuring the company remains competitive and innovative in the market.
Key Responsibilities
Demonstrated experience in selling IT services within the Indian market.
Setting and achieving quarterly, half-yearly, and annual sales targets.
Developing and executing strategic business plans to expand the customer base and enhance market presence.
Identifying emerging markets and market trends, staying abreast of new products and competitors.
Cultivating strong, enduring customer relationships by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
Establishing client relationships at the executive level, selling solutions, professional services, and enterprise software applications.
Devising account development strategies and overseeing contract negotiations.
Coordinating client requirements with the delivery team to ensure timely and satisfactory outcomes.
Demonstrating creativity and vision in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
Possessing industry expertise and a proven track record in achieving sales targets and managing key accounts.
Expertise in solution selling, with exceptional presentation and public speaking skills.
Successful history of building and leading sales teams, cultivating relationships with key decision-makers.
Requirements & Skills
Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, engineering, sales, business administration, or related field.
8-15 years of successful experience in IT Sales.
Proven track record in selling technology services, software engineering services, digital transformation, IT managed/outsourced services, cloud solutions, data analytics.
Experience selling to clients in various industries such as Banking & Financial Services, Retail, Healthcare, Life Sciences & Pharma, Energy (Oil & Gas, Utilities), Public Sector/Government, Supply Chain.
Ability to close large, multi-year contracts.
Strong communication, presentation, and influencing skills across all organizational levels.
