POSITION SUMMARY:
As a Medical Director at Adieu Laser & Aesthetics, you will be responsible for overseeing policies, procedures, and best practices, and ensure that the facility is in compliance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Guide the overall concept and direction of clinic programs in collaboration with Director of Operations.
Collaborate with Director of Operations / Senior Vice President of Operations to oversee clinic services and protocols.
Supervise providers (NP's, and PA's) in the delivery of quality medical care.
Confirm that all medical staff are properly screened, credentialed, oriented, and supervised.
Serve as lead contact with medical specialists and specialty services.
Confirm that all state, federal, local, OSHA, CLIA, and other regulatory guidelines are adhered to, and that staff are trained in all proper procedures.
Promote, establish, and maintain open and effective communication with all team members to improve relations, solve problems and access resources.
Direct and advice on patient care when appropriate.
Audit charts per state regulations.
Be available via phone and/or email to advise staff on clinical questions or concerns as needed.
Conduct on-site visits with staff on a quarterly basis.
EXPERIENCE / EDUCATION: Minimum of 5 years of clinical Dermatology practice experience, post residency.
Fully licensed to practice Dermatology in the state of employment.
Current DEA registration
Experience in auditing patients' records.
Leadership and supervisory skills and the ability to work closely with and supervise other personnel.
Ability to deal tactfully with personnel, family members, visitors, government agencies/personnel, and the public.
Superior verbal and written communication skills
Excellent presentation skills, confident in all settings with individuals at all levels of the organization, both internal and external
Knowledge and experience with electronic medical records strongly preferred.
