Vice President of Sales Aerospace Hartford, Connecticut
A well established, respected, and growing precision aerospace component and systems manufacturer has reached the size of needing a Sales Executive to expand and modernize our sales team.
We are ideally looking for a triple threat: Someone experienced in creating sales strategy, building sales teams, improving our tools and processes; A Player-Coach who works closely with the team, provides leadership and direction, and helps them close deals; an athlete level salesperson who go after major accounts and build relationships.
The company has steadily grown 10-15% per year, with the right sales leader at the helm, we can double that or more.
Must have a BS/BA minimum, strong sales management experience in the aerospace (preferably components or mechanical systems), high energy, and excellent leadership skills.
Salary to $175,000 plus bonus and excellent benefits. Relocation assistance is available.
