About The Role
The Company is seeking a Senior Director, Strategic Accounts to lead and manage the Strategic Sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the sales strategy and owning the full sales lifecycle for the most strategic accounts. This role requires outstanding communication, negotiation, leadership, and influencing skills, as well as the ability to build strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have a background in enterprise SaaS sales, experience in maintaining C-level relationships, and a proven track record in closing seven-figure deals. Key responsibilities include leading the sales team to achieve strategic objectives, supporting the development of the team, managing the sales territory, and contributing to the go-to-market strategy. Applicants for the Senior Director, Strategic Accounts position at the company should have at least 10 years of software sales experience, with a focus on enterprise SaaS models. A background in sales leadership, the ability to thrive in an entrepreneurial environment, and a proven ability to increase sales through the development of high-performance teams are essential. The role also involves identifying and qualifying prospects, selling to the C-suite, and ensuring a formal account engagement plan is in place. The ideal candidate will have a perfect mix of curiosity, ambition, proactiveness, resilience, and a competitive yet value-added mindset. While experience in the construction industry is preferred, it is not a requirement.
