About the Role

The Company is in search of a Vice President, Enterprise Sales to lead a dynamic and results-oriented team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving top-line revenue growth through new customer acquisition, managing existing accounts, and identifying cross-selling opportunities. This executive will play a key role in transitioning the sales approach from transactional to enterprise, securing multi-year deals, and engaging with C-level stakeholders. The role involves architecting the enterprise solution, maintaining a high-quality sales pipeline, and ensuring that sales objectives are met. The VP will also be tasked with training and mentoring the sales team, developing a successful sales playbook, and creating operating efficiencies. Strong leadership, strategic planning, and the ability to build and maintain senior-level customer relationships are essential.Applicants for the Vice President, Enterprise Sales position at the company should have a minimum of 12 years experience in a technology sales management role, with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets. A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required, with a preference for candidates holding an MBA. A deep understanding of manufacturing and engineering processes, as well as experience in selling manufacturing solutions, is highly valued. The role demands strategic, solutions-based enterprise sales experience, strong leadership and management skills, and proficiency in CRM software. The VP will be expected to have a demonstrated ability to think strategically, develop innovative sales strategies, and build long-term, successful customer relationships.
