Responsibilities:
Prospect and Generate Leads:
Identify and meticulously research potential clients using various channels, including online research, participation in industry events, and networking.
Lead Qualification:
Skillfully qualify leads to ensure alignment with our target customer profile and ascertain genuine potential for meaningful business engagement.
Sales Presentations:
Craft and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients, emphasizing the myriad benefits of our container solutions.
Relationship Building:
Foster and sustain enduring, robust client relationships, deeply understanding their unique needs and providing tailored solutions.
Market Research:
Stay at the forefront of industry trends, monitor competitor activities, and gauge market conditions to spot new opportunities and potential challenges.
Sales Pipeline Management:
Efficiently oversee and nurture leads as they progress through the sales pipeline, with meticulous documentation of all interactions within our CRM system.
Negotiation:
Engage in effective negotiations with clients to secure mutually beneficial terms and agreements, culminating in successful deal closures.
Team Collaboration:
Collaborate closely with our sales and marketing teams to formulate strategies, craft marketing materials, and develop campaigns that bolster our business development endeavors.
Metrics and Reporting:
Consistently furnish management with reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and progress toward predefined targets.
Profile
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
A proven track record of 2-5 years in sales or business development, preferably within B2B sales.
Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Self-motivated, possessing a strong drive to achieve and surpass targets.
Ability to excel both independently and as a collaborative team member.
Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) is advantageous.
Knowledge of the container industry is a plus, though not mandatory.
Job Offer
A competitive base salary ranging from $80,000 to $100,000.
