Core Responsibilities:

Lead the growth across the expansion of our live commerce and marketplace capabilities, architecting scalable strategies for both mobile & web.

Formulate and implement aggressive user growth strategies, prioritizing organic acquisition and retention loops.

Design and execute onboarding and engagement strategy across mobile and web products.

Create dynamic testing environment to run iterative A/B experiments

Enhance user loyalty by analyzing and optimizing every stage of the user journey.

Provide outstanding leadership, motivating a diverse team to surpass significant growth benchmarks.

Work in tandem with product, engineering, operations, and marketing teams to synchronize business objectives and product vision.

Be the ambassador for user needs, integrating user insights into platform development.

Define and maintain high standards for operational processes that drive consistent growth.

Harness Fanatics' strategic resources to supercharge the growth trajectory of our product offerings.

Qualifications:

10+ Years Proven success within a growth-centric leadership role, ideally with experience in social commerce, mobile gaming or social content platforms.

Expertise in organic growth strategies with a portfolio that demonstrates revenue boosts independent of paid marketing.

5 years+ experience & evidence leveraging data analysis & user insights for user base growth & platform enhancement.

A deep-seated passion for meeting user needs and crafting compelling value propositions for a diverse audience.

Demonstrated leadership strength, with a track record of guiding teams during high-velocity growth phases.

A competitive edge, as shown by achieving and surpassing ambitious growth targets from the ground up to scale up businesses.

In Los Angeles, the salary range for this position is $225,000-$285,000, which represents base pay only and does not include short-term or long-term incentive compensation. For NYC, the salary range is $244,000-$310,000. These salary ranges are specific to Los Angeles or NYC and may not be applicable to other locations. When determining base pay, as part of a final compensation package, we consider several factors such as location, experience, qualifications, and training.

About the Team

Fanatics Collectibles is a leading licensor, producer, designer, and seller of physical and digital trading cards, sports memorabilia, and other digital assets for entertainment and sports properties globally, as well as a manufacturer of physical and digital trading cards. It has secured exclusive licensing arrangements with major national professional sports leagues, including the MLB, NFL and the NBA, and related players associations, to produce physical and digital trading cards and other collectibles.

Fanatics Collectibles also has partnerships with a number of individual international sports teams and leagues, as well as owners of other entertainment properties granting similar exclusive rights. Fanatics Collectibles recently announced Fanatics Live, expected to launch later in 2023, which will focus on transforming the digital shopping experience through personality-driven content and entertainment.
