Responsibilities & What We Are Looking For. Are you a recruitment guru with a talent for building strong relationships and finding the perfect match between candidates and companies? If so, we're on the hunt for YOU to join our team to support our US offices.Your purpose will be to assist with attracting, recruiting, and onboarding top talent to LEMAN while also building our very first TA function. Some Of The Focus Areas Include Develop and implement talent attraction strategies and initiatives

Create job post listings on job boards and social media platforms

Source and identify potential candidates through various channels

Screen candidates and conduct initial interviews

Collaborate with hiring managers and teams to identify staffing needs

Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates
