Qualificatons:
Basic Qualifications
6+ months of recruiting experience
Experience managing and prioritizing multiple searches, projects, and client relationships
Preferred Qualifications
Experience and commitment to diversity and inclusion initiatives
Resourcefulness and ability to think creatively
Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and candidate management systems
Creative sourcing capability with the ability to proactively network and establish an active pipeline of external candidates.
Compensation
This position will have an annual salary, plus equity and benefits. Please note the annual salary range is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies, and work location. The annual salary range for this position is $74,000 - $111,000.
