VP of Sales - NVOCC
Our client is seeking a VP of Sales specializing in NVOCC. This individual will
develop their team and department, as well as establish lines of communication with their clients.
Job Type: Full-time
Responsibilities
Responsible for revenue growth and market share penetration by closing new deals with large and enterprise customer accounts.
The candidate will be doing outside sales meetings, and closing new deals.
Will conduct sales pitches and presentations with nationwide large and enterprise customer accounts.
Will develop and execute a business plan that will generate hyper-revenue growth and exceed sales quotas set by the company.
Will have continuous engagement with customers to maintain close relationships and ensure ongoing success with accounts.
Will develop and train a sales team.
Travel required.
Experience:
5 years or more of NVOCC experience is required.
A candidate with an existing book of business will be additionally compensated.
The ideal candidate will be goal-oriented, and innovative in developing and implementing successful sales strategies.
Experienced in selling to freight forwarders, NVOCCs, 3PL, and warehouse providers.
Will require exceptional presentation and communication skills.
Requires strong negotiation skills and the ability to overcome objections.
Accountability and ability to prioritize daily tasks.
