About the Role

The Company is seeking a Regional VP of Sales for the Northeast region. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of software sales professionals, driving the overall growth and expansion of the company. This role demands a high achiever with a proven track record in software sales leadership, particularly in the digital marketing sector. The Regional VP will be at the forefront of strategic go-to-market initiatives, offering creative client engagement strategies, and coaching the sales organization to increase deal sizes and opportunities. The ideal candidate will have a strong industry insight, be adept at leading a winning team, and possess the skills to understand and communicate the value of digital transformation solutions to a diverse client base.To excel in this position, the candidate must have at least 5 years of sales leadership experience, with a preference for those with a background in marketing technology software. The role requires a leader who is capable of managing a team of self-motivated sales professionals, has a consultative selling approach, and is skilled in executive engagement, negotiation, and large deal activities. The Regional VP will be actively involved in all aspects of the sales process, from accurate reporting and forecasting to leading demand generation activities and driving customer awareness and engagement. A passion for results, a competitive spirit, and the ability to collaborate and influence in a team environment are essential. The role also involves managing significant client escalations and developing the necessary corporate relationships to support the team's success.
