The Company is seeking a Regional Vice President of Sales to join their dynamic team. This role is a key leadership position, responsible for managing a team of 10 Business Development Managers and driving the sales strategy in the region. The successful candidate will be involved in quadrant coaching, mentoring, and team selling to ensure that the region consistently exceeds targets. The role also involves close collaboration within the organization to maximize impact and success.Candidates for the Regional Vice President of Sales position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in business, sales, or a related field, with a preference for those holding a degree. A minimum of 10 years of progressive sales leadership experience is required, along with a proven track record of success in shaping and executing strategic sales initiatives. Experience in a similar sales leadership role, particularly within the facilities or hospitality industry, is highly valued. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional coaching and mentoring skills, be adept at navigating a large and complex organization, and have a strong ability to lead in a high-performance culture. The role demands an individual who can adapt and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced sales environment and who has a history of exceeding sales targets.
