Short- and medium-term objectives in position´s influence area
Develop partnerships with key customers and Reps agencies to increase sales volume
Follow up and assure budget goals of the assigned accounts are achieved
Understand and execute the sales strategy defined by the Sales Manager and Sales Director
Procure & provide feedback to Engineering of new trends of products and services offered in the Ladder industry
Interact on new product development, engineering, and process changes
Team up with Marketing to develop strategies that will help the assigned accounts to grow
Interact on pricing, market intelligence, Accounts Receivable, NPS and projects related to our customers
Attend and be responsible for assigned accounts trade shows
Interact with Logistics on activities such as: Procure the sales forecasts to Scheduling department, Distribution, and Customer Service for orders follow up
Develop the technical knowledge of our products and related safety procedures to the appropriate level to train customers, end users, REP agencies and EHS personnel
Be accountable for and present monthly objectives, results, and projects follow up, to Louisville Ladder´s leadership
This will define employee performance
