Role Description
This is a full-time role for the VP of sales at MoTek Insurance Agency. Your responsibilities will be finding new SMB groups with an employee headcount of 25-400 employees and simultaneously putting together a sales team to help achieve your goals. The role requires strategic thinking, leadership, and exceptional sales skills to achieve revenue targets and expand the agency's client base.
Qualifications
Must have current life and health license in California.
You must have a home office with a computer and internet access.
Sales, Sales Operations, and Sales Management experience
Proven track record in business development and driving sales growth
Strong leadership and team management abilities
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to build and maintain relationships with key clients
Knowledge of the insurance industry and healthcare market
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
