The Company is seeking a VP of Sales for Middle Market. This leadership role is pivotal in managing a team of Sales Executives with a focus on delivering Health Benefit Accounts to the Employer market. The successful candidate will be directly responsible for the team's profitable growth, market strategy, development, and client satisfaction. Key responsibilities include leading the development and execution of sales initiatives, driving growth objectives to meet sales quotas, enhancing the client experience, and maintaining a high level of financial performance. The role demands a proven track record in the healthcare, insurance, or related industry, with a deep understanding of the sales process and the ability to manage complex sales situations.The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years' of experience in the industry, with a preference for those who have a background in selling financial services products. A strong emphasis is placed on the ability to build and manage strategic client relationships, achieve revenue targets, and influence senior-level clients. The VP of Sales will also be expected to install a high level of sales discipline, establish organizational focus, and drive the execution of market strategies. Proficiency in CRM tools and sales methodology is a plus. The role requires a high level of collaboration, effective management of a sales team, and the ability to recruit, hire, and develop staff.
