As a Product Marketing Manager at Entertainment Partners you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing plans to drive the success of our products throughout their lifecycle. Working closely with cross-functional teams including Product Management, Sales, and Marketing, you will be the voice of the customer, championing market insights and competitive intelligence to inform product development and go-to-market strategies. This role offers a unique opportunity to blend creativity with analytical rigor to drive impactful marketing initiatives and contribute to the company's overall growth and success.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop comprehensive product marketing strategies and plans that align with business objectives and drive demand generation, adoption, and retention.
Conduct market and competitive research and analysis to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape, and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
Help to define product positioning, messaging, and differentiation that resonates with target audiences.
Partner with the Marketing team to execute multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, social media, events, and PR, to drive awareness and demand generation.
Work closely with Sales teams to develop sales enablement tools and resources, including training materials, pitch decks, and competitive battlecards, to support the sales process and drive revenue growth.
Track and analyze key performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of marketing programs and initiatives, and make data-driven recommendations for optimization.
Stay abreast of industry trends, market developments, and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for innovation and competitive advantage.
JOB REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFIFCATIONS NEEDED Understand the products and services offering and approach of key competitors; communicate products and services differentiation to sales and provides input to senior leadership.
Creative thinker, excellent listener and communicator.
Minimum of 3 Years of b2b software product marketing experience.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Ability to communicate with all levels of an organization comfortably.
Ability to manage multiple projects with varying priority at one time -to deliver results on time and under budget.
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Bachelor's degree.

The salary range for this position is $107,500 to $125,000 and will be commensurate with experience related to the position.
