Summary
We are searching for a dynamic Product Marketing leader responsible for crafting and implementing a comprehensive product marketing strategy for our diverse range of digital products. This individual will coordinate marketing efforts across various digital channels, including web, mobile, and social platforms. To succeed in this role, a strategic mindset and a hands-on approach are essential, as the candidate will need to be prepared to take on any challenge that comes their way.
The ideal candidate should possess a proven track record of successfully leading digital product marketing initiatives, demonstrating their ability to navigate projects from inception to completion. Furthermore, they should have a solid background in identifying product opportunities through a combination of market research, product metrics analysis, and valuable customer feedback.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute a comprehensive product marketing plan that includes uniform messaging/positioning, product launches, and support material across the complete Cosm Product Portfolio.
Inform product feature set and overall product strategy by developing data-driven business insights, market research, and product performance analysis.
Partner with Marketing, Programming, and Strategy teams to develop a comprehensive view of the Cosm venue guest.
Create demand for guest experience products (ex. Ticketing, Food & Beverage) through effective messaging and marketing programs.
Construct compelling mobile/web product marketing plans that align seamlessly with in-venue marketing strategies.
Develop connections with potential customers through events, campaigns, and specific calls to action and iterate quickly as overall marketing strategy shifts.
Work with the internal Customer Support team to define optimal digital customer service experience for digital users and venue guests.
Build awareness of your products through content across social media, external websites, and blogs.
Contribute to the initial Cosm Loyalty Program product strategy.
Experience
5+ years of product marketing experience in a technology company working closely with the internal product development staff.
Campaign management experience specifically focused on mobile and web digital products.
Proficient with product marketing tactics (e.g. integrated marketing campaigns)
Experience building intuitive and impactful dashboards and data visualizations that drive business decisions (e.g., with Tableau, Mode, Amplitude, or similar)
Strong organizational, communication, and project management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to write clear and compelling marketing copy
Ability to make (and sell internally) informed product marketing decisions.
Experience in market analysis
Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools (Hubspot, Braze..) is a plus
Excellent customer service skills, including timely and thorough responses to inquiries and feedback
Background in design and copywriting is a plus
The annualized base salary range for this position in California is $102,706 - $136,941. The base salary offered will factor in internal equity and may also vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and relevant experience among other factors.
