Description
ESC's Premier client is seeking a creative Product Marketing Manager to join their Grocery Partnerships' team. As part of the Grocery Partnerships division, you will play a crucial role in driving marketing initiatives for third-party merchants. Your expertise will be pivotal in creating engaging E-commerce campaigns, optimizing shopping experiences, and supporting the growth of merchant partners. Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute innovative marketing programs for our third-party grocery merchants, including strategic placements on various platforms, wireframing, and creating effective email campaigns.
• Curate exceptional shopping experiences for both customers and merchant partners, overseeing storefront merchandising, promotional strategies, and the successful execution of special events.
• Prepare compelling and insightful presentations and materials catering to our merchant partners, demonstrating a deep understanding of their needs and solutions.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to facilitate merchant onboarding and expansion strategies.
• Collect, analyze, and present performance metrics, utilizing data-driven insights to identify opportunities for campaign enhancement and overall performance improvement.
• Lead end-to-end project management for initiatives requiring collaboration across different teams within the organization.
Required Skills:
• Demonstrated ability to conceptualize, create, and implement effective marketing campaigns, showcasing a strong grasp of marketing and e-commerce merchandizing principles.
• Proficiency in developing presentations and materials that support managerial decision-making and merchant communication.
• Experience with onsite traffic drivers and digital marketing techniques, with a background in paid marketing considered a valuable asset.
• Strong aptitude for data analysis, utilizing Excel VLOOKUPS, Pivot tables and some SQL
• Exceptional organizational skills, enabling efficient management of multiple campaigns and tasks while prioritizing effectively.
• 3-6 years of experience in marketing management, marketing specialization, or marketing project management roles
