About the Role:

They are seeking a highly strategic and proactive Product Marketing Manager to join their dynamic team. This pivotal role involves leading the marketing initiatives for their IoT solutions, with a strong focus on creating compelling value propositions and developing effective go-to-market (GTM) strategies. The role targets various markets, including OEMs (for example, companies like Caterpillar), rental companies (such as United Rentals, Herc Rentals), and mid to large-sized entities in the construction, transportation, and agriculture sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

Market Research: Undertake comprehensive market research to grasp industry trends, customer needs, and the competitive landscape, particularly evaluating opportunities with OEM partnerships and rental companies.

Competitive Analysis: Pinpoint and analyze key competitors within the IoT and industrial equipment domain to refine marketing strategies.

Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) Development : Continuously define and refine the ICP to ensure marketing and sales strategies are aligned with the most profitable market segments.

GTM Planning: Spearhead the creation and implementation of comprehensive go-to-market strategies for both new and existing products.

Value Proposition Definition: Craft and convey clear, compelling value propositions, working closely with customers to pinpoint opportunities through scenario-based analysis.

Collateral Creation: Produce a variety of marketing and sales collateral, collaborating with content teams to further drive interest and support sales initiatives.

Sales Support: Serve as the main marketing liaison for the sales team, equipping them with essential tools and support to meet sales objectives.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

At least 3 years of product marketing experience, with a preference for backgrounds in technology, IoT, or industrial sectors.

Experience in industries that foster partnerships between OEM and third-party manufacturers, such as construction, automotive, or airline sectors.

A solid understanding of the construction and agriculture industries.

A proven track record of developing effective GTM strategies and marketing collateral.

Exceptional analytical skills, along with a talent for critical thinking and problem-solving.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
