About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President of People Experience to join their mission-driven team. This strategic and operationally adept individual will be responsible for developing and executing HR strategies, with a focus on recruitment, talent management, DEIB initiatives, and employee relations. The role involves leading the design and implementation of solutions that support a diverse, equitable, inclusive, and belonging culture. The successful candidate will collaborate with senior leaders to align HR strategies with organizational objectives, stay updated on leading HR practices, and supervise the administration of employee benefits and compensation programs. They will also be tasked with ensuring legal compliance, managing HR technology systems, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.The ideal candidate for this executive leadership role at the company will have a bachelor's degree in a related field, a minimum of 10 years of progressive executive HR experience, and SHRM-CP or SPHR certification. They should be a visionary leader who can mobilize resources to meet the evolving needs of the organization and the community. Building relationships, leading operations, and developing people are key aspects of the role, requiring a dynamic and inclusive leader with extensive expertise in HR and DEIB. The candidate should be adept at data-driven decision-making, process improvement, and team leadership, and be committed to the company's cause of strengthening the community through youth development, healthy living, and social responsibility.
