About the Role

The Company is seeking a VP of People and Organizational Impact to join their team. This role is pivotal in ensuring that the people and organizational strategy aligns with business objectives and enhances the employee experience. The successful candidate will be a business-minded leader with a forward-thinking approach, capable of being a strategic partner to executive leadership. Responsibilities include designing and executing human capital strategies, talent management programs, and ensuring compliance with labor laws. The VP will also be expected to promote a diverse, equitable, and inclusive workforce, maintain high staff engagement and satisfaction, and provide guidance on performance and disciplinary issues.Candidates for this role should have a minimum of 10 years' of experience in human resources, with a strong track record of working with cross-functional leadership to achieve business goals. Experience with a geographically dispersed and specialized workforce, particularly within a VC-backed technology company, is preferred. The ideal candidate will be a creative problem-solver, adept at using data to make informed decisions, and possess strong communication and conflict resolution skills. They should be exceptionally organized, tech-savvy, and able to handle sensitive issues with diplomacy and discretion. The role demands a leader who is enthusiastic about driving ambitious goals and can inspire trust and respect at all levels of the organization.
