About the Role
The Company is in search of a VP of Account Management to lead the growth of strategic relationships within the insurance industry. The successful candidate will be tasked with both maintaining and expanding business opportunities within an existing portfolio of strategic P&C clients, including carriers and brokers. This role requires a deep understanding of the insurance market, industry challenges, and emerging data and tech solutions. The VP will be responsible for strengthening client relationships, understanding their business challenges, and positioning the company's capabilities to meet their strategic objectives. A consultative approach is essential, as is the ability to work with operations and service delivery managers to ensure client satisfaction and meet revenue goals.Applicants must have at least 10 years of experience in sales and relationship management within the insurance or healthcare industry, with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets. The role demands a candidate who is solution-focused, able to define value propositions, and experienced in consulting at the executive level. Key responsibilities include managing key clients, building a strong network, and orchestrating external partnerships to deliver tailored solutions. The VP will be the primary liaison with clients, conducting regular business reviews, and will be expected to handle all aspects of account maintenance, including performance monitoring and issue escalation. The position is an individual contributor role that requires a Bachelor's degree, with a graduate degree being preferred.
