About the Role
The Company is seeking a VP, Territory Distribution Leader for the South East region. The successful candidate will be responsible for achieving the overall profitability and production goals for the assigned territory across all business units. This role involves close collaboration with regional field leaders, business unit resources, and national distribution executives to ensure the alignment of business strategies and maximize profitable growth opportunities. The VP will be accountable for generating and maintaining relationships with key agents and brokers, as well as monitoring key performance indicators to ensure the achievement of annual profitability goals.Applicants must be specialists in insurance distribution, with expert knowledge of the critical issues in the field. Strong leadership, management, and communication skills are essential for building consensus and driving sales results. The role requires an individual with an advanced understanding of the insurance industry, its products, and services, as well as proven experience in managing a large book of business. A Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred) in a related discipline, or equivalent, and a minimum of 15 years of related underwriting, sales, marketing, and distribution management experience are typically required. Professional certifications in the field are also preferred.
