Compensation: OTE $400,000 ($200,000 / $200,000)
Description: We’re looking for a seasoned Sales leader reporting directly to the CEO. This person will run our Sales org (10 people total) to get us from $16M ARR to $30M+ expeditiously.
**Must be located in the Continental US to optimize time with the team, ideally on EST**
What you’ll do
Lead a North American team of 10 people, including 4 AEs, 4 BDRs, and 2 SEs.
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company revenue targets and expand our North American customer base.
Understand and know every deal inside and out. You live for the minutia and just get things done.
Coach and grow the team through hands-on training in scenarios and deal reviews. Provide ongoing feedback and development opportunities.
Oversee and optimize the sales pipeline, ensuring a consistent flow of opportunities. Monitor KPIs to ensure targets are met.
Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to drive customer satisfaction and retention.
Work closely with the marketing, product, alliances, and customer success teams to ensure alignment on go-to-market strategies and product positioning.
Provide accurate sales forecasts and regular reporting on sales performance to the executive team.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities. Identify new market opportunities and adapt sales strategies accordingly.
What we look for
Minimum of 5 years of sales leadership experience in a SaaS environment, with a track record of successfully leading and growing sales teams beyond $20M ARR.
Ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans that drive growth and achieve revenue targets.
A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving consistent revenue growth.
Demonstrated ability to coach, mentor, and develop sales talent. Passionate about team success and personal growth.
A deep understanding of our customer verticals including market trends, competitor landscape, and best practices. You thrive on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Ability to work effectively across departments and build strong relationships with other teams.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Ability to adapt to changing priorities and business needs.
The role is remote, but travel should be expected, roughly once per month within the US to visit prospective and current customers.
