OVERVIEW
Reporting to the Vice President Sales & Client Success - North America, this position will be responsible for significant revenue across all Sportradar product verticals - Betting & Gaming, Media & Technology, Player & Team Performance. Operating as a player-coach, the Head of Sales will develop the sales team and drive the go to market strategy in North America.
THE CHALLENGE
Create and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve revenue and growth targets
Oversee relationships with top clients in Sportradar's North American region
Develop existing client strategy in partnership with Client Success to maximize our share of wallet in existing and emerging markets
Be a hands-on leader who drives major opportunities and provides guidance to the sales team on effective account and relationship management
Analyze and report on business metrics to ensure growth and profitability
Work with cross-functionally within the sales organization, and other key stakeholders in marketing, communications, global commercial, and product
Partner with the sales operations and commercial excellence teams to drive sales effectiveness
Recruit, develop, and retain top talent while fostering a performance-driven culture
Qualifications
YOUR PROFILE A minimum of 15 years of experience leading a sales team in a betting and gaming, technology, advertising, media or other related organization
Experience managing a minimum $100m book of business
Proven track record of achieving revenue growth targets
Strategic thinker that has the ability to create and execute a holistic go-to-market strategy
Highly analytical and data-driven with a modern view on sales programs, technologies, and philosophies
Experience working in a global business preferred
Additional Information
Pay Range: $170K - $200K + sales incentive plan
Sportradar intends to offer the selected candidate base pay within this range, dependent on job-related, non-discriminatory factors including but not limited to experience, qualifications, and location.
